The Audit Committee shall consist of not less than 3 and not more than 5 members of the Association appointed by the President. In no case may current members of the Board of Trustees comprise a majority of the members of the Audit Committee. Executive Officers (other than the Secretary/Treasurer) are not eligible to serve on the Audit Committee, including the President who shall not serve as an ex-officio member. The WACO Secretary/Treasurer serves as Chair of the committee.
In addition to other duties tasked by the President or Board of Trustees, the Audit Committee is charged with annually reviewing the financial condition, financial activities, and financial controls of the Association and complete its written conclusions by the
1st day of June.
