WACO's first conference was held November 17, 1959 at the Olympic Hotel in Seattle. WACO's Annual Conference is focused on increasing education and communication and features multiple education breakouts with industry specialists, affiliate specific trainings and discussions, and space to network with other officials from throughout Washington State.
