This hybrid conference took place in-person at the Centennial Hotel in Spokane and remotely accessible through WACO’s Whova platform. It was full of trainings and speakers, and over 20 exhibitors, and was an exciting exchange of ideas, education, and networking to help WACO members lead today and shape tomorrow.
WACO's first conference was held November 17, 1959 at the Olympic Hotel in Seattle. A lot has changed since then, but one thing has always remained the same: WACO's dedication to helping county officals and their offices lead today and shape tomorrow.
WACO's annual conference is focused on increasing education and communication and features multiple education breakouts with industry specialists, affiliate specific trainings and discussions, and space to network with other officials from throughout Washington State. Our exhibitors offer invaluable resources, cutting edge tools, and fresh approaches that may be just what you need in your office. Spokane's Centennial Hotel offered a beautiful backdrop for it all, with the Spokane River and Centennial Trail right outside the conference doors.
