MRSC Land Use Webinar

The summer 2017 Land Use Case Law Update webinar will review recent, important land use cases in Washington State.  Speakers will provide practical advice and guidance to help local governments improve their land use regulation and permit review processes.  Special attention will be paid to the issues of comprehensive planning, rural development relying on permit-exempt wells, and vested rights in the aftermath of the Whatcom Co. v. Hirst and the Snohomish County, et al. v. Pollution Control Hearings Board decisions.
