The House 2017-19 Operating Budget (HB 1067)

The House Democrats have released their proposed biennial budget. The budget contains $3 billion in new revenue. The first hearing for the budget is scheduled for today at 3:30 pm in the House Committee on Appropriations.

WACO staff is currently reviewing the budget, and will send a full report containing information of note to WACO affiliates and their offices to our members later this week.
