About the work of LGFN - In this recording, Alice Zillah, manager of the Local Government Fiscal Note Program, presents an overview of the program which produces hundreds of fiscal notes each legislative session. Fiscal notes summarize a bill’s impact to cities, counties and special districts. Kate Fernald, Research Program Manager and a fiscal note analyst, then dives into fiscal notes concerning election costs, which is one of the many subjects the program covers.
