Washington’s political class has been pondering the results of the vote here since November. Not that the races were close. Hillary Clinton, Patty Murray and Jay Inslee all won handily. Donald Trump’s 37% was the lowest percentage of the presidential vote in 20 years while carrying 27 of Washington's 39 counties....
